Due to last weekend's inclement weather, the Monte Carlo Tournament and dinner party have been postponed to this weekend. The dinner party will be Friday, Nov 21st; the tournament will be Saturday, Nov 22nd.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause. Please confirm your availability for the new tournament date with Sarah Whitney as soon as possible. Obviously, if you were not part of the original tournament but would like to participate on the new date, you are more than welcome to do so.

The Old Lyme CC and EPTC will host the Connecticut Shoreline Women's B Tournament on Saturday, December 6th. This is an APTA event. Charlotte Gilet is in charge of the APTA women's tournament schedule for Region II. She has worked to create "B" level events for the women in the region; this event will be one of three on this year's tournament calendar. We are hoping for participation from at least sixteen teams from around the state. The tournament committee is still working on details, but teams will be guaranteed multiple matches since there will be consolation and reprieve brackets in addition to the main draw. Entry fee will include balls, beverages, lunch, favors for all participants and prizes for finalists. More details will be forthcoming. Deadline for entries is November 30th.

The Essex Men's B Tournament will be held at the club on Saturday, December 20th. An APTA sanctioned event, last year's tournament was a great success drawing 16 teams from CT, NY, RI and MA. We are hoping to expand this year's event to 24 teams. More details will be forthcoming.
